Over many years we’ve created hundreds of customer relationship management (CRM) request for proposals (RFPs) and over the last few years we’ve had several community web site visitors ask us for CRM RFPs that they can reuse for their CRM software selection projects. Rather than try to publish one master RFP for all types of CRM software selections, we’ve created a CRM RFP components library that can be selected from and used as appropriate for varying business needs. Don’t try to include all of these CRM RFP components into a single document. We highly recommend you simply use the components that support your CRM software objectives as a starting point.
