If you are new to the CRM RFP process, let us set your expectations to two likelihoods. First, no matter how much time you provide the vendors for the RFP response due date, a few of them will wait until the last minute and then request an extension. Second, it is unacceptably common for a vendor to deliver a late RFP. We recommend you decide in advance how to respond to these two situations of they occur. |
