The RFP Component Library

Over many years we’ve created hundreds of customer relationship management (CRM) request for proposals (RFPs) and over the last few years we’ve had several community web site visitors ask us for RFPs that they can reuse for their online CRM software selection projects. Rather than try to publish one master RFP for all on-demand and hosting purposes, we’ve created an RFP components library that can be selected from and used as appropriate for varying business needs. Don’t try to include all of these RFP components into a single document. We highly recommend you simply use the components that support your CRM objectives as a starting point. Our advice is strictly that of an experienced CRM implementation practitioner, not legal representative.
