Entellium CRM Partner Programs

CRM Software Hosted Arrangement

It appears that Entellium's most significant, and in fact critically dependent, business partner is Savvis. In about October of 2006, Entellium teamed up with St. Louis based Savvis to host the Entellium Customer Relationship Management software solution. Savvis is a recognized provider of IT infrastructure services for business software applications and as part of the Entellium / Savvis agreement, Savvis will provide managed security services and a completely managed hosting and delivery infrastructure for Entellium. According to Entellium's CEO, Paul Johnston, the Savvis agreement and partnership permits Entellium to focus on developing CRM software solutions "while they manage the critical elements of our IT infrastructure."

CRM Open Source Development Community

In late 2005 and early 2006, Entellium unveiled an open source software development strategy which included the source code release to business partners and aligned software developers looking to build unique applications with the Entellium technology. We've not yet discovered any third party applications, vertical market solutions or results from this program. We suspect some Entellium-related applications may be delivered in the relative near term.
