Our goal is to offer independent CRM software reviews, advice, and best practices which facilitate the research,
evaluation, negotiation, purchase, implementation and realization of CRM. Our content and writing style attempts
to cut through the hype and unsubstantiated CRM vendor claims and get to the most salient information in the
shortest amount of time. Our experiences are born from over two decades of first-hand CRM reviews as well as
the many shared experiences from our customers and web site visitors.
Our CRM software portal is intended to be a growing knowledgebase of collective experiences for anybody that
chooses to participate. We welcome all input, categorize all feedback and tabulate all information so that we can
keep this CRM web site up to date with the issues and recommendations most relevant to the CRM community.
While this web site was not designed to simply provide links to vendor sponsor web sites, we do occasionally
permit advertisers to help defray the web site costs. However, we do not sell the information that visitors that
choose to share with us when they register. We also do not sell any products from this portal, however, we may
make (non-commissioned) industry referrals if requested and sufficient information is provided in order to make appropriate recommendations.
We partner with other CRM software communities, such as our most recent research with the Latin America CRM software society, and we consider this CRM portal to be a "work in progress".
